27- Tabernacle 

  • Make an altar of acacia wood, 7.5ft x 7.5ft, the altar shall be square: and the height of it shall be 4.5ft.
  • Make the horns of it on the four corners of it: the horns shall be of the same:
  • Overlay it with brass.
  • Make the pans to receive his ashes, and his shovels, and his basins, and his fleshhooks, and his firepans: all the vessels make of brass.
  • Make a grate for it of network of brass; and on the net make four brasen rings in the four corners of it. And put it under the compass of the altar beneath, that the net may be even to the middle of the altar.
  • Make staves for the altar, staves of acacia wood, and overlay them with brass. And the staves shall be put into the rings, and the staves shall be on the two sides of the altar, to carry it. Make it hollow with boards: as it was showed to you in the mount, so shall they make it.
  • Make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen of 150ft long for one side: And the twenty pillars thereof and their twenty sockets shall be of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets shall be of silver. And likewise for the north side in length there shall be hangings of 150ft long, and his twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver.
  • For the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of 75ft: their pillars ten, and their sockets ten. And the breadth of the court on the east side eastward shall be 75ft. The hangings of one side of the gate shall be 22.5ft: their pillars three, and their sockets three. And on the other side shall be hangings 22.5ft: their pillars three, and their sockets three.
  • For the gate of the court shall be a hanging of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, embellished with needlework: and there shall be four pillars and four sockets. All the pillars around the court shall be filleted (having a small band) with silver; their hooks shall be of silver, and their sockets of brass.
  • The court shall be 150ft x 75ft every where, and the height is 7.5ft of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass. All the vessels of the tabernacles in all the service of it, and all the pins of it, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.
  • Command the children of Israel, that they bring pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always.
  • In the tabernacle of the congregation outside the veil, which is before the testimony,  Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the Lord: it shall be a statute for ever to their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.
